Robert Downey - Executive Director Operations
Robert Hartley Downey, aged 40, has practised law since 1998, and has been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. Mr Downey has advised several oil and gas companies in all aspects of oil and gas law in a variety of jurisdictions as well as advised on initial public offerings, company law, equity raisings and acquisitions, with extensive experience with companies listed on the ASX, TSX and AIM markets. Mr Downey was the Company Secretary of Grove Energy Limited from 2004 to present.
